1. Giới thiệu sản phẩm

BExS110D E2S Vietnam là còi báo động chống cháy nổ (Explosion Proof Alarm Sounder) thuộc dòng BExS của E2S Warning Signals.

Khác với các model dạng beacon, BExS110D chỉ thực hiện chức năng cảnh báo bằng âm thanh, không tích hợp đèn nhấp nháy. Thiết bị được thiết kế với vỏ nhôm LM6 cấp hàng hải, kết cấu Ex d flameproof, phù hợp cho các khu vực có nguy cơ cháy nổ như dầu khí, hóa chất và các hệ thống Fire & Gas. E2S công bố sản phẩm phù hợp Zone 1, 2, 21 và 22, với chứng nhận IECEx, ATEX, Ex EAC và INMETRO tùy cấu hình.

2. Đặc điểm và ưu điểm

BExS110D được phát triển cho các hệ thống cần tín hiệu âm thanh có cường độ cao và độ tin cậy tốt trong môi trường công nghiệp khắc nghiệt.

Các ưu điểm chính:

• Thiết kế chống cháy nổ Ex d.
• Mức âm thanh tối đa lên đến 117 dB(A) tại 1 m.
• Có 32 âm báo tiêu chuẩn.
• Hỗ trợ 3 cấp cảnh báo có thể lựa chọn từ xa.
• Phạm vi âm thanh hiệu quả khoảng 100 m tại 1 kHz.
• Vỏ LM6 aluminium cấp hàng hải, chống ăn mòn.
• Cấp bảo vệ IP66/IP67.
• Có khả năng đồng bộ tự động khi sử dụng nhiều còi.
• Giá đỡ bằng thép không gỉ có thể điều chỉnh.
• Có phiên bản lập trình nhiều cấp cảnh báo với 45 âm báo và 4 stage.
• Có các tùy chọn SIL theo cấu hình.

Một điểm đáng chú ý là BExS110D có thể được lựa chọn với radial horn; khi đó mã sản phẩm sẽ có thêm hậu tố -R, ví dụ BExS110D-R.

3. Thông số kỹ thuật

Ở phiên bản 24 VDC, dòng tiêu thụ được E2S công bố khoảng 265 mA đối với cấu hình tiêu chuẩn.

Các thông số trên là cấu hình tiêu chuẩn được E2S công bố; mã đầy đủ cần được đối chiếu để xác định chính xác điện áp, cable entry, bracket và phiên bản chứng nhận.

4. Ứng dụng trong hệ thống công nghiệp

Với mức âm thanh cao và thiết kế chống cháy nổ, BExS110D phù hợp với những hệ thống cần cảnh báo bằng âm thanh tại các khu vực nguy hiểm.

E2S cũng công bố BExS110D 24 VDC có phiên bản được chứng nhận MED cho các ứng dụng hàng hải và đã được thử nghiệm theo EN54-3 cho ứng dụng báo cháy.

5. Lựa chọn và cung cấp tại Việt Nam

BExS110D E2S Vietnam là lựa chọn phù hợp cho các hệ thống cần còi báo động chống cháy nổ công suất cao, đặc biệt khi yêu cầu thiết bị hoạt động ổn định trong môi trường có khí hoặc bụi dễ cháy.

Khi lựa chọn, cần xác định đầy đủ điện áp, kiểu cable entry, vật liệu bracket, màu vỏ, phiên bản chứng nhận và yêu cầu SIL. Với ứng dụng thực tế, việc lựa chọn đúng cấu hình Ex có ý nghĩa quan trọng để đảm bảo thiết bị tương thích với khu vực lắp đặt và hệ thống điều khiển.

E2S cũng cung cấp phiên bản BExS110D-R với radial horn và phiên bản BExS110D-SIL cho các yêu cầu an toàn chức năng tương ứng.
