1. Giới thiệu sản phẩm

BExS110 E2S Vietnam là còi báo động chống cháy nổ (Explosion Proof Alarm Horn Sounder) của E2S Warning Signals, được thiết kế để phát tín hiệu âm thanh trong các khu vực nguy hiểm.

Thiết bị sử dụng kiểu còi Flare Re-entrant Horn và cấu trúc Ex d, phù hợp cho các hệ thống Fire Alarm, Fire & Gas, Process Control trong ngành dầu khí, hóa chất, năng lượng và các nhà máy công nghiệp.

BExS110 có nhiều lựa chọn điện áp từ 12 VDC đến 240 VAC, đồng thời có các phiên bản SIL và cấu hình chuyên dụng cho từng yêu cầu an toàn của hệ thống.

4. Ứng dụng trong công nghiệp

Hệ thống Fire Alarm

BExS110 được sử dụng làm còi cảnh báo âm thanh trong hệ thống báo cháy.

Khi Fire Alarm Panel nhận tín hiệu từ đầu báo hoặc Manual Call Point, còi được kích hoạt để thông báo cho nhân viên trong khu vực.

Hệ thống Fire & Gas

Thiết bị có thể kết nối với hệ thống Fire & Gas để phát cảnh báo khi phát hiện:

• Khí gas.
• Cháy.
• Khói.
• Nhiệt độ bất thường.
• Tình trạng khẩn cấp.

Còi cảnh báo tại hiện trường giúp nhân viên nhanh chóng nhận biết sự cố và thực hiện quy trình ứng phó.

Ngành dầu khí

BExS110 phù hợp cho:

• Nhà máy lọc dầu.
• Nhà máy xử lý khí.
• Trạm bơm.

Nhà máy hóa chất

Trong môi trường hóa chất, BExS110 có thể được dùng để cảnh báo khi xảy ra rò rỉ, cháy hoặc sự cố quy trình.

Thiết bị có thể được bố trí tại các khu vực sản xuất, kho hóa chất, trạm xử lý hoặc khu vực có nguy cơ phát sinh khí dễ cháy.

Process Control

BExS110 có thể nhận tín hiệu từ PLC hoặc hệ thống điều khiển để cảnh báo các tình trạng:

• Máy móc bị lỗi.
• Dây chuyền dừng.
• Áp suất vượt giới hạn.
• Nhiệt độ vượt mức.
• Thiết bị cần bảo trì.
• Tình trạng khẩn cấp.

Môi trường nhiệt đới và ngoài trời

Phiên bản Tropicalised được thiết kế cho các ứng dụng cần khả năng thích nghi tốt hơn với điều kiện môi trường khắc nghiệt.

Có thể sử dụng thêm Pole Mount Bracket Kit A4 316 hoặc Sunshade A4 316 cho các vị trí lắp đặt ngoài trời.

5. Vai trò trong hệ thống cảnh báo

BExS110 là thiết bị đầu ra cảnh báo bằng âm thanh, không trực tiếp phát hiện cháy hoặc khí.

Mô hình hoạt động:

Detector / Sensor → Fire & Gas / PLC → BExS110 → Còi cảnh báo

Thiết bị có thể kết hợp với đèn Xenon hoặc LED Beacon chống cháy nổ để tạo hệ thống cảnh báo kép bằng âm thanh và ánh sáng.

Khi lựa chọn BExS110, cần xác định đúng điện áp, phiên bản SIL, chứng nhận, cable entry và vật liệu bracket để phù hợp với yêu cầu kỹ thuật của hệ thống.
